Cons: Potential cons, depending on your resilience: * The speed of development may be tough. This is a fast-paced culture! * If change is anxiety-producing for you, then a startup may not be for you. Brex will change whatever needs to be changed in order to succeed. This may look like a re-focus of resources to a company-wide re-org, all to serve our customers better. * I believe we could do a better job of getting people with a wider variety of backgrounds, but we're actively working on it.

Pros: Excellent professional structure and good technical maturity. Great place to meet excellent engineers and learn a lot.

Cons: Relatively centralized leadership and several changes in focus.
