Lead from contract vendor.
Initial contact involved a phone screen and a Skype call.
The offer came without an onsite interview.
The initial phone call was with the Sr. Manager, followed by a group discussion with the team architect and Lead Process.
Looking back, it seemed like a team with a need, and I appeared to fit in.
There was an extended time due to vendor approval for the recruiter, but that process was handled behind the scenes.
