In one of the questions, I was given a financial graph that shows a stock's price changing over time. I had to write a method to find the highest difference in price on the graph.

Pros: Good company, great people. The team in Israel, while I worked there, was small enough to have a startup feel, keeping the best parts from big organizations and small companies.
Cons: It's hard to progress. Projects are handled by managers who sit in other companies and are less connected to individual contributors.
