Cons: A stressful work environment due to the schedule.

Pros: One can be involved in many different topics and is not assigned forever to the same tasks.

Cons: That company has not yet understood the importance of the software. If you come from an electrical engineering background, you will be fine. But for someone from a computer science background, you can be disgusted having to deal with such crap code.

Pros: Salary is okay. Technically very competitive.

Cons: Workload is high. Work conditions continually change, usually to the detriment of the employee.
