Pros: Some great tech and digital/analog integration problems to work on, when you can find them.

Cons: New management is not really interested in pushing R&D to the edge; they prefer to acquire and assimilate. They are good at what they do (now), but it's just not a place for great R&D work. It depends on what you are looking for.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Good work quality. Good pay.

Cons: None at the moment to say.

Pros: Broadcom is up and coming and has a strong pull in many different fields, therefore it is better able to manage during a recession than many other companies. The employees are hardworking and very motivated. Communication moves quickly with constant emails throughout. There is a heavy workload and weak communication between groups. I like the environment, but the dress code is loose, which I personally don't like. However, that may be a plus for other people. But not too many negatives. Although I don't like the fact that they waste money just like other companies. Yes!
