Process

My Senior Manager emailed me and scheduled a call to discuss.

During the call, he asked what I do and what he needs. He also asked some technical questions.

They wanted someone with more experience. The interviewer was helpful and nice. He explained why I didn't fit their needs, but he wanted to give me a chance.
