Process
Interviewed with 10 product engineers/managers, all in one day. It was 45 minutes per session, with a 90-minute lunch interview with the hiring manager and a senior product engineer.
For the first 9 interviewers, I felt that it went relatively well. Questions focused on product engineering responsibilities, such as managing products from the design phase to production release, and finally to end-of-life.
We discussed cost-saving projects, test correlations, device characterization, and reliability qualifications for products (HTOL, ESD, Latch Up) and packages (HAST, HTS, TC).
