I secured an interview through a few acquaintances at the company.
The interview was technical, as all the interviewers had their "pet" questions. They were all friendly and to the point.
I liked the questions in general and thought them fair.
The office was a little damper before, but it has been renovated a fair bit. It is much more lively now.
Questions
FIFO sizes and uses.
Design question on clock-domain-crossing and clock synchronizers.

Pros: Pay seems to be above the industry average. Annual bonuses have been good in recent years. RSUs are good, and more are given annually.
Cons: Good luck sticking around to collect your RSUs due to constant layoffs. No vacation accrual, so-called unlimited vacation, which is granted at manager's discretion.

Pros: I feel like there are a lot of talented people who are also very focused and hard working. Engineers here are expected to keep high standards, and there is a sense that promotion will follow if you do well. Managers are generally fair.
Cons: Schedules are tight, and management can push employees hard. You can be expected to work in the evenings as well.
A lot of senior people in this company; there needs to be a wider range of experience, as there is much to be gained from getting young and motivated engineers.

Pros: Technical team, smart and mostly friendly colleagues. OK job if you don't mind working hard. Worth ESPP and RSUs.
Cons: Understaffed, lack communication, and poor documentation. Assignments and interests don't match most of the time. There's no space for advancement technically or in rank. Salary is lower than market.
