Pros: - RSUs
- That's it.
- Nothing else, just RSUs.
Cons: Bad culture. No culture at all.
Very eager to lay anyone off. They want to acquire and just kill the company.
Compulsory 5 days WFO.
Attendance is tracked. In fact, everything is tracked. Every keystroke.
No concept of work-life balance.
Feels like you're working in a labor camp in WW2 times.
All employer-friendly policies, no employee-friendly policies.

Pros: Great leadership and technology. Smart, motivated team. Average salary, but equity grants and bonuses are awesome.
Cons: Not much in the way of company events like Christmas parties, etc. But being introverted, I don't mind at all.
