This was a campus interview, and the aptitude test was quite simple with standard aptitude questions.
The interview process had three rounds:
- Two technical rounds
- One HR round
One technical round had questions based on communication systems, and the other had some off-beat questions on USB wire length.

There was a question about the length of the USB wire. Why can it not be as long as possible?

Lots of internal/employee-based benefits (EPP, recreation, etc.).

Cons: Slow progress. Low increase in salary. Lots of politics. Bad work/learning ratio. Instability.

Bad Life-Work Balance

Pros: Lots of work, ownership, and responsibilities are given early on. There are no late-night meetings or calls.
Cons: Hires very few employees, gives two people work meant for one, and has no proper work scheduling. They never let you be free, acting more like contractors than regular employees.
