The interview process included a written test, followed by a technical interview and an HR interview.
The written test lasted for an hour and a half. The technical interview lasted for 3 hours. The HR interview was more of a formality.
I was interviewed for the 4G PHY - SW team. The interview included many specific questions related to fading, Doppler effect, handover, SON, and OFDM, among other topics. A number of algorithm questions were also asked.

A question on 2D Markov chains. They wanted the steady-state probabilities.
