Telephone call to identify if I was a good fit. Then called on-site for a technical interview where I was asked questions based on my resume and a problem-solving question.

The process was lengthy. They took two rounds and put me on hold for a month before offering me the position. The team seems a bit show-offy and lazy, and not very techy.
