Work colleagues are helpful and friendly. They are very sociable for an engineering company.
Since the takeover, various cost-cutting measures have been brought in. Some seem to be having a negative effect on the ability to carry out work.
Sending a baseball cap and a glass water bottle to every employee, at a time when making redundancies to cut costs and improve profit margins, sends out a rather mixed message.
