Engineer
The interview process began with a phone interview, conducted by two different tech leads. Following that, six employees asked their questions in a row. Finally, I met with the "big boss." It seems I failed at the boss interview. Everyone was nice.

I applied online and received an email from the recruiter to set up a technical phone interview a week or two later. The hiring manager was nice, and the call lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.
