Pros
  • Great place for workaholics.
  • Compete for remaining musical chairs with a world-class engineering team.
  • Some great managers who are good at motivating and encouraging their teams. The organization is a well-oiled machine that churns out tape-outs on schedule.
Cons

A "just do it" culture, under-communication, and under-documentation.

Advice to Management

With COVID, upper management, who have their own offices, come in 100% to the office since they are socially distanced enough. Selective job functions that can be done 100% remotely have been asked to come in more than 50%.
