It is a rather respectful environment, where one would be treated fairly based on their performance. It is fairly diversified as well.
I didn't work at the headquarters, which means the promotion scheme is... not that it's bad, just not as easy as folks would otherwise have in the main quarter.
Nothing much, really. They are respectful, even to the most junior members in the group. Everyone has a fair chance to express their opinions on the subject.
