Politics within the management chain means unattainable deadlines are initially set, and then a game of poker is played as to who takes the blame for project schedules shifting.
CEO is actively monitoring office attendance. Working from home is not allowed unless it is a weekend, Bank Holiday, or in the evening.
Teams lurch between waiting ages for marketing to sign off on projects to having far too many active projects in one go.
