Pros

The management doesn't hesitate to get the best of available equipment and resources.

There will be training sessions every month, which will be very useful for broadening your horizons.

I never had any issues regarding work-life balance. Work routine will span around 10-12 hours and no intervention on weekends.

Compensation will be better than market standards.

Cons

They pay well when joining, but hikes will hardly be 10-15%. When stock options are also considered, it seems okay.

Advice to Management

During appraisal meetings, employees should have one-to-one interaction with senior management as well, apart from their immediate manager.
