Good compensation, even though they keep reducing equity allocations. Flexible working hours. Awesome vacation policy. Very competitive company. Generally makes wise business decisions. Fast to address issues...usually.
Long hours. The company is very hardware focused. As a software engineer, the work is not very interesting or challenging. Software engineers tend to be viewed as second-class citizens. The majority of time is spent testing, and it can be very repetitive. It is difficult to find opportunities to grow either technically or professionally.
