Interesting Projects, Poor Employee Treatment
Wide diversity in products, many interesting customers.
Their work-life balance policy is poor. Their treatment of employees is poor. They are too profit-oriented with no respect for the individual. If they shut down an office, as they did here in CPH, their treatment of resigned personnel is extremely bad.
The quickest and easiest way to good products and happy customers is happy employees.
