Pay is good and hard to match. Technology is good in some parts of the company. Stock price is good.
Politics are everywhere. Management with little and out-of-date technical knowledge is making technical decisions all the time. Fake RSU vests once a year, and most will not get it because of future layoffs and site closures.
Please just quit.
