Pros

Get to learn more about cutting-edge technologies, work with a group of great engineers, and learn from one another.

Cons

With growing in size, more politics, more bureaucracy.

Really nice word to say, 'unlimited vacation'. You have to negotiate and beg with the manager for his/her vacation time.

Advice to Management

Please try to create a startup feeling culture, reduce bureaucracy, and bring back the old vacation policy.
