Pros
Nice, helpful, and dedicated colleagues. Working time is relatively flexible. The company has an aggressive strategy, and most staff are proud of it.
Cons
The company is still a creative company. But the policy tends to become more like one of a big company. New problems are emerging.

Everybody was very professional. Questions were to the point, with no trick questions (almost). I was very pleased with the process. There was one trick question, but this was no big deal.
