Stock options are good. You have to wait 12 to 15 months to get vested. They are tough to get.
After going through a lot of reviews for CA Technology from Job Search | Indeed, I was really surprised that I have the same thought. Although I found lots of fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and Glassdoor didn't post my review, as well as it is biased with companies. CA Technology Hyderabad is well-known in Hyderabad for its bad and political work culture. It doesn't need any introduction.
Their legacy dump engineers have been working with this organization since the last 7-10 years and don't allow any new candidate to sustain, making their life worst. They trap candidates in tricky tasks and don't provide any knowledge base. The management layer is totally dumb, just made for CA Technology. If Broadcom lays them off, they are eligible to work like a waiter in a restaurant. They are not capable enough to understand product use cases and identify team politics.
The HR department is totally dummy. Their job is to force employees to work from the office during the Covid peak crisis and maintain in/out times.
Now, if we talk about company-level policies, Broadcom itself is not an employee-oriented company. Still, no WFH policy exists as such, only on paper. Maintain in and out times.
During Covid time, the office remained open, and every day around 50-70 Covid cases were reported during peak Covid.
Again, Broadcom is famous for layoffs. Every three months, Broadcom has layoffs, either officially or silently. In this situation, new joinees are the best candidates for layoffs, and the old gang creates this kind of situation.
Don't take a risk with your career by joining, especially CA Technology, Hyderabad, because it would be tough to roll back at your experience level.
