Very professional, excellent HR process. The interview was mainly focused on domain knowledge. Some basic programming questions on linked lists and binary trees were asked. Interview response was very prompt.

Laid-back and candid. I appreciated the honesty and openness from the fellow engineers and management. My boss was intent on making sure my family was first and that work-life balance remained central to my career.

Candidates should be prepared. Stick to your resume. Present your core strengths. Prepare data structure, algorithm, Java, and J2EE knowledge. Communicate well in the interview. Clarify doubts. Do not lie about yourself. Clearly tell your expe
