Pros

Salary and RSUs above average. Good place to work if money is all you care about.

Cons

Engineers are required to use obsolete tools, with no commitment to developing new technology. There are incremental technology improvements, protecting cash cows even as they become obsolete. The office support for engineers is terrible (I had to print my own cube name tag after 3 months). You are not building the future world there; you are maximizing short-term shareholder return.

Advice to Management

Learn the difference between an investment bank and an advanced technology company, and realize great engineers will go where they can change the world, not just collect a decent paycheck.
