Not a ton of downsides to explain. There has been some loss of company perks since joining, including less social budget, office supply budget, and things of that nature. Overall, however, Broadcom still far outpaces any other companies I have worked for within the industry.
Keep encouraging employees to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement package, as it appears to be rarely utilized. Also, consider a co-op program in the future.
