Junk place to work, no ethics, no teamwork
Salary and RSUs together are competitive and almost in the top 10 percentile of companies working in the similar domain. Apart from the salary, there is no positive aspect in this place.
No ethics, no policies, no culture. It's more of a trading company than a technology company. They acquire successful companies and, most of the time, turn them into junk because of their incompetence, and then close them down or sell them off in pieces.
Advice can be given to one who is receptive to feedback, good and not so good. No advice will help those who have sealed their ears with lead.
