Good culture and teams, bad high management
Always encouraging good teamwork.
People work together well and solve problems. People are professional and kind to each other.
Top-down management and high-level management are very poor.
There's a lack of leadership and many strategic mistakes were made.
The worst part is: they are not held accountable for their mistakes!
Even with huge damages (> $1 Billion) due to their bad decisions, they are still around to pick up paychecks.
Find someone who really has a vision and the will to clean up the garbage at the top.
