Good benefits, a nice gym, and flexible work schedules.
Sometimes there is a lot of stress and pressure. You will have to work nights and weekends, and it's more of a thankless job.
You don't really learn a lot, and they don't really train you.
Lack of career advancement and salary raises are minimal.
We need to revise the way each business unit gets bonuses distributed. If a BU did not do well but shared resources with other BUs, they should not be punished by getting a smaller piece of the bonus pool.
