The compensation is good (but does not compensate).
The company is rootless and does frequent layoffs. Buy a company and then destroy it. Do not invest in R&D. If a product is not lucrative, then end it. CEO constantly badmouths and humiliates acquired companies and people in public meetings. High pressure. The culture is poor. Everything is about the bottom line.
