Start a Graduate Development Program in the UK. This would benefit not just Broadcom, but the learning community as a whole. Why hope to find a good engineer when you could make one? You could make a recent graduate into a specialized engineer in as little as a year, at half the cost!

Software Engineer
The interview process will consist of two technical rounds focused on assessing skills and problem-solving abilities, followed by one managerial round and one HR discussion to thoroughly finalize the overall fit.
