- Firing every 3 months.
- Not employee-friendly at all.
- No team-building activities.
- Can make you work on weekends.
The worst part is they will make you work day and night, praise your hard work, and the next day, you can get a termination letter.
If a newly launched product doesn't perform, instead of changing management, people will fire developers.
Management should understand that firing a dedicated employee will not improve product performance. Instead, think of better business ideas.
