Technical excellence, execution-oriented, access to tools and technologies. Talented people all over. Very good compensation and benefit plans.
No budget for anything but work. Quite a lot of bureaucracy. Under new leadership, everything is going to be: work harder or else, and make do with fewer resources.
Never forget you are managing people, not just projects and budgets.
On the other hand, as a stock owner, keep it up.
