Good work ethics and culture.
Nothing as such. It's good.
There were four sets of technical interview rounds. The interview was mainly about ASIC RTL design, mostly covering the basics. Later, the manager interviewed me. He asked a few technical questions and inquired about my expectations from Broadcom.
The interviewer was assigned the same work I used to do in my current organization. His questions focused more on how I accomplished tasks and resolved issues. Given their strict on-site policy, I decided to decline the offer.
The face-to-face technical round lasted up to one hour. It went very well, but I'm not that strong in data structures, so that's where I went wrong.
