Good work ethics, good pay, good environment, less admin headache, decent facilities, good training, steep learning curve, friendly management, and open discussions.
Not much creativity is needed. Much of the work is optimization and debugging, not much development. But that is there with all big companies; you have to live with it. The bonus is not good.
