Good salary, decent benefits, but long work hours and the number of critical issues that always pop up really is not a mark of good organizing here. They need to change the work culture a little bit, at least in my department.
Long work hours and critical issues are always there. If you are in a support team, be prepared for constant spikes in work hours. Stock options are pretty bad. Considering BRCM stock goes up and down so many times, most people here end up in a big loss as they keep on waiting for that golden price jump.
