Previous company was a heaven to work for. But, post acquisition, there have been a lot of changes happening in the name of cost cutting.
There is fear of business units getting sold and layoffs. Visa procedures are in stake. People in the middle of the green card process are stumbling. H1B filings were messed up and were not done for many.
New grads shouldn't opt for this company anymore. Talents are starting to leave the company. There are no new hires recently. The work culture seems to have changed. Time to leave for a better option.
Nothing to advise for current management in the hands of such a CEO.
