Working in an MNC with an Indian boss is a typical master-slave relationship. The quantity of work is more focused, and management/seniors just love to analyze the results produced by the engineers.
Don't try to impress US teams by taking on a lot of junk and making the lives of employees tough. It's better to fight for challenging work.
