Vast area to work, lots to learn. Good compensation, good hike every year. All employees are very helpful.
Not much HR activities. Just one annual Broadcom Day celebration, which is done with great pomp.
It will be more of work and learning here.
Some find it difficult to cope with the expectations, but it is not that bad, in my opinion.
