Good work, poor compensation
Interesting work, very little office politics (at least at the engineer's level).
- Poor compensation. Despite excellent focal reviews, the compensation is paltry.
- Emphasis/encouragement on career development is non-existent.
- Cafeteria food sucks, big time. (Not a big con, but worth mentioning)
Pay well, or be ready to lose employees to your competitors!
