Pros

RSUs, bonus, and money are good.

Cons

Expect constant fear of layoff because of random reasons like RTO to a faraway city.

Expect last-minute scope changes.

Expect product decisions solely based on how "sticky" a feature is (sticky as in making sure the customer can't replace the product easily).

Expect infrastructure to change every six months without notice or consultation.

Advice to Management

Honestly, are you interested to know what employees think about you?

Continue focusing on shareholders; it's the only thing you care about.
