You get the benefit of the resources available to a large company with many of the attributes of a startup.
There's a minimum of tedious process. Most engineers are smart and motivated. Junior management are unobtrusive but supportive.
Big startups are somewhat chaotic. The expansion through acquisition has created team collaboration problems that the senior management seem unable to address. Responsibilities between teams are poorly defined. Product roadmaps are like long-range weather forecasts were 20 years ago.
Take a longer-term outlook than the investment analysts do.
