Pros

Stock rewards. Although in the Czech Republic, you cannot opt into an employee discount stock purchase program.

Cool tech.

Company is successful as never before.

Cons

A lot of experienced people are leaving.

Many meetings show how great the company is doing, but not much of this success pours into the people.

Terrible performance ranking system, which sadly affects your bonus as well.

Home office is very not welcome.

Management loves to swim in pointless metrics, and engineers have to collect the data.

Advice to Management

Fight to keep the skilled people. The company is making billions; let the employees feel it. Don't just say "but you have a bonus." It's volatile, unreliable (ranking plays a part too), and banks don't care about bonuses. We can really afford high-skill engineers; don't bleed them away to other companies!
