They treat you very well at Broadcom. Great salary and equity compensation. Great people that you will be working with.
Promotions at Broadcom are hard to get. You can be hired into a senior position, but don't expect to move into one with any ease.
You must listen to what the employees need and want. I think some of your employees may be overlooked and deserve more.
