Flexi-time means you will be regressing testing some days, all throughout the nights and weeks.
Just looking at pay, don't fall for the company.
Needs to improve a lot as an MNC to sustain.
Hierarchy is not maintained.
Employees are your assets. Keep track of who is working and why. A good employee leaves for higher studies.
