I applied through an employee referral.
They changed the interview time twice, and the last one was done forty minutes before the scheduled time. It was a resume deep dive plus frontend fundamentals. The interviewer was in China, so we did it at 10:30 PM. I woke up in the morning with a rejection letter. The interviewer was nice, though.
