Pros: Salary OK, good health plan, annual bonus is worth it (but with reservations). I was lucky to have good leadership. Until a year ago, there were many opportunities to grow and develop.
Cons: HR and Overhead are the worst enemies of employees, lowering performance review scores without reason, worsening benefits, demoting employees, and removing activities and functions, generating a huge idle time. Besides, internal selection processes are confusing, where they cancel the vacancy in the middle and do not give performance feedback.
