I did two rounds of LeetCode-style technical interviews before receiving a rejection. In total, there are three technical rounds and one behavioral round. Both of my technical rounds featured LeetCode medium problems. My interviewers were very nice.

Pros: The team I was in had a comparably good WLB.
The cafeteria was great: free food and free drinks that changed every day.
Cons: The onboarding is unpleasant. I didn't really receive any help from the company to learn the skills needed. The documentation is very hard to use.

Pros: - Great team dynamics, flat and open.
- Many learning opportunities.
- Not a 996 culture, as I initially expected.
Cons: - Highly team dependent.
- Learning can be quite unstructured.
