Pros: ByteDance is a good company with good benefits. I like the HR and management team, who are very supportive and friendly. Their salary and offered bonus are quite competitive compared to others, in a fast-paced and international working environment.
Cons: You can’t change department internally except that you quit your job then apply, which is sad. I hope they will adjust this in the near future.
